Wispl Community Guidelines

Wispl is an app for people who want to share their wishes and find like-minded people for shared plans and activities.

We aim to create a friendly, respectful, and safe environment for everyone. Please follow these guidelines.

1. Respect and Safety

The following are not allowed:

• insults, humiliation, or threats

• discrimination of any kind

• bullying, harassment, or pressure

• any form of violence or calls for violence

We value respectful and humane communication.

2. Wish Format

Wispl is not a platform for making money or offering services.

The following content is prohibited:

• requests for money, financial help, or donations

• offers of paid services

• advertising, self-promotion, or spam

If you need financial or other assistance, we recommend contacting specialized services or charitable organizations.

3. No Explicit or Sexual Content

Any content related to the following is prohibited:

• sexual services

• explicit or sexual propositions

• nudity or sexual activity

4. Compliance with the Law

It is prohibited to post content related to:

• illegal goods or services

• drugs or controlled substances

• weapons

• sale of animals

• pharmaceutical products

• alcohol and tobacco products

Gambling or other games involving real money are allowed only with our prior written permission.

5. Fraud and False Information

The following are prohibited:

• fraudulent activities

• deception of users

• distribution of false or misleading information

6. Rights of Others

It is prohibited to:

• violate intellectual property rights

• use someone else’s content without permission

• violate the personal or legal rights of other users

7. Age Restriction

You must be at least 17 years old to use Wispl.

8. Enforcement and Responsibility

We reserve the right to:

• remove any content that violates these guidelines

• temporarily or permanently suspend or block accounts

Having a paid subscription does not exempt users from following these rules.

9. Reports and Safety

You can:

• report content

• block another user

Our team will review all reports and take appropriate action.
If someone is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services right away.
